1. Who we are

This website is operated by Riti Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this site. You can contact us at hello@ritisolutions.co.uk.

2. The data we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, organisation, the role you select, and the contents of your message.

We also process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) through standard server logs for security and to operate the site.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR (Article 6):

  • Consent when you submit an enquiry, so we can reply.
  • Legitimate interests for site security, fraud prevention, and basic operational logging.
  • Legal obligation where we must retain records to comply with UK law.

4. How we use your data

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you ask for, and to maintain a record of our communications. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing your data

We may share your data with trusted service providers (for example email and hosting providers) who act as processors on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU SCCs.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law or to fulfil a contract.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing us at hello@ritisolutions.co.uk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
